Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency service calls cancelled with less than 2 hours notice may incur additional charges.

Service Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our technicians to perform the requested services. This includes ensuring clear access to work areas and providing any necessary access codes or keys when required.

4. Pricing and Payment

Estimates

We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted after a thorough on-site inspection. Final pricing will be communicated before work begins.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of service.
